 The Company
Founded in 1990, Cambridge Hanover is a
privately held industrial real estate investment firm that acquires investment
opportunities in the market of bulk distribution warehouses and light assembly
buildings. The Firm works professionally with a national network of leading
real estate brokers, institutional owners, and corporate tenants to acquire
properties for our fund portfolios. We renovate, re-tenant and/or restructure
lease arrangements as necessary and responsively manage each property to
maximize tenant occupancy and satisfaction. Integrity, respect and
professionalism are the core values guiding our relationships with all of our
business partners. We aim to become a nationally recognized leader in the world
of private real estate investment funds with a track record of sound
investments that produce healthy returns for our investors. We are committed to
a long term strategic plan for nationwide growth in market share and geographic
diversity. Our investment model is focused: private fund single
product national reach combining the resources of an
institutional investor with the operating expertise of a developer. Over the
last 15 years, Cambridge Hanover has grown into one of the leading privately
held industrial property investment firms in the country. Collectively, the
company and its affiliates, own and operate more than 3,000,000 square feet of
properties throughout the country. Cambridge Hanover is currently led by
