The Company

Founded in 1990, Cambridge Hanover is a privately held industrial real estate investment firm that acquires investment opportunities in the market of bulk distribution warehouses and light assembly buildings. The Firm works professionally with a national network of leading real estate brokers, institutional owners, and corporate tenants to acquire properties for our fund portfolios. We renovate, re-tenant and/or restructure lease arrangements as necessary and responsively manage each property to maximize tenant occupancy and satisfaction.

Integrity, respect and professionalism are the core values guiding our relationships with all of our business partners. We aim to become a nationally recognized leader in the world of private real estate investment funds with a track record of sound investments that produce healthy returns for our investors. We are committed to a long term strategic plan for nationwide growth in market share and geographic diversity.

Our investment model is focused: private fund – single product – national reach – combining the resources of an institutional investor with the operating expertise of a developer. Over the last 15 years, Cambridge Hanover has grown into one of the leading privately held industrial property investment firms in the country. Collectively, the company and its affiliates, own and operate more than 3,000,000 square feet of properties throughout the country. Cambridge Hanover is currently led by Jonathan P. Garrity, its founder, President & CEO.

Cambridge Hanover Value Added Funds & Malkin Industrial Partners Funds

As part of our long term strategic plan, we have formed a joint venture between Cambridge Hanover and the Malkin family. The Malkin family is recognized as leaders and innovators in real estate investment and have invested with Cambridge Hanover for more than a decade. Malkin Industrial Partners, raised by the family’s Malkin Securities Corp., provides discretionary capital which co-invests with Cambridge Hanover Value Added Funds. Malkin also handles our investor services. The joint venture format allows Fund investors to benefit from the combined strengths of each organization:

Malkin's 75 years of experience in the field of sponsoring and administering real estate partnerships, and
Cambridge Hanover's specialized expertise in creating investor value through the sourcing and repositioning of underperforming industrial and warehouse/ distribution property.

The objectives of our Funds are to provide cash distributions with the potential for capital appreciation, along with modest tax shelter, an inflation hedge, and estate planning advantages for our investors.
