Jonathan
P. Garrity — President and CEO
Mr. Garrity serves
as the President and CEO of Cambridge Hanover Value Added Funds and Joint
Venture Manager of Garrity Malkin Industrial Partners. He has more than 25
years experience in the development and management of commercial real estate
properties. Over his career, he has overseen the planning and development of
industrial and office properties totaling in excess of 5.5 million square feet.
Prior to founding Cambridge Hanover, Mr. Garrity served as Vice President and
Regional Manager of the metropolitan New York area of Cabot, Cabot &
Forbes, a national real estate development company headquartered in Boston,
Massachusetts. Over the past 30 years, he has acquired and/or redeveloped
commercial real estate projects in Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland,
Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South
Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Mr. Garrity received a Bachelor of Arts
degree from Harvard University.
Robert W. Jannino - Managing
Director
Mr. Jannino serves as Managing Director of the Cambridge Hanover
Value Added Funds, focusing on investor relations, financing, and asset
management. Mr. Jannino has more than 30 years experience in the commercial
real estate, hospitality and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining
Cambridge Hanover, Mr. Jannino was Principal of Trammell Crow Ventures where he
led the firm's New York office and was responsible for debt and equity advisory
assignments, institutional capital raising and acquisitions; Corporate Vice
President of Holiday Corporations, where he oversaw project-related equity and
debt transactions; and various positions in the real estate lending and
investment departments at The First National Bank of Chicago and Massachusetts
Mutual Life Insurance Company. Mr. Jannino received a Bachelor of Arts degree
from Harvard University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth
College.
