Located in the heart of downtown New Canaan, Cambridge Hanover purchased this half acre site in 2016 when the neighborhood was undergoing a rezoning under a master plan. Taking advantage of the new zone and the bonus density awarded for mixed-use developments, Cambridge Hanover secured approvals for construction of an 8,700 square foot medical office building and a luxury residential building with eight (8) units. In 2018, Cambridge Hanover acquired an adjacent property, expanding the residential component of the project to a total of ten (10) units, increasing the overall development of the joint 0.9 acre site to 28,000 square feet.
